I've been an on and off customer here for ten years and the service is always impeccable with friendly faces. The decor is inclusive and I dont feel judged or self conscious there. The coffee is nice and strong just how I like it, but they also offer seasonal blends for the more adventurous or someone with a different palet. There are also some great perks on the app during the Christmas season which makes Neros stand out from the competitors. They have been generous with those.

The furniture is in need of replacement, as it no longer meets the expected standard of comfort or aesthetics. The quality of the food varies, being satisfactory on some occasions while falling short on others. Additionally, the tables are frequently unclean, often left with remnants from previous customers. However, the staff remains consistently courteous and approachable, providing a positive interaction for guests.

Amazing service, great food and lovely chat with the Shift Leader Cole. They made sure my food was delivered to a high quality and also ensured that everything was ok. Thank you, Cole, for making my time there a great dining experience

I like working here because of the staff but my data never works properly here for some reason. Used to be on three and now O2. It?s frustrating because i can?t really work here much anymore because of this

Caffè Nero is perfect for relaxing and catching up with friends. The coffee is excellent, especially with their seasonal options, and the takeaways are always good. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a top choice!
