Stop here for a fuel top-up and to grab a meal deal in the early hours before work most Monday mornings; shop (M&S) is always really well-stocked for 0400 in the morning.
Couple of other reviews have lambasted 'grumpy' staff?personally, think they exude the perfect amount of energy for that time of the morning... nothing worse than being served by someone 'full of beans' just after you've woken up yourself.
Forecourt is always well-lit, clean and tidy... pump's always authorised quickly?they even have an electric charging station for the vegans.
My only gripe; no wasabi pea snacky bags for weeks now! I know the backside recently feel out of your supply chain IT systems M&S, but c'mon... I need them spicy peas to wake me up!

Used to be the only 24 hour accessable store vaguely near my place of work. But now they lock the shop overnight and you have to ask for what you want at the counter.
I don't know what I want till I've browsed, so now there's nowhere to get last minute cravings, or an emergency lunch overnight. And the doors are still locked at 5am so I can't even get last minute browsing decisions on the way home for breakfast.
When it is open, generally shelves are well stocked, with plenty of choice. Other than that it's what you'd expect from a Mark's & Spencer, mostly very pricey. Hence why you need to browse so you can see what offers are on.

A coffee shop that also sells petrol, I don?t know if it?s the location but I would say 95% of the time I go there it?s the same issues. A collection of middle class on finance cars parked badly outside the entrance making it quite hard to pull up at the pumps (petrol station being its main function) and then when you go in you have to wait for all the coffee characters to have their oats milk skinny lattes made so there?s always a wait if all you want to do is pay for fuel.There?s a line of probably 8 parking spaces on the other side of the forecourt but the 20ft walk is obviously too much for the locals to take.

Wife went in today. Same rude till attendant from January incident still work there, Rude as hell and made her pack her own bags. Guy needs sacking asap. Unbelievably bad customer service. Will be writing to BP HQ to complain (again!). Sort it out FFS

Car wash....Hi today on the counter of the Barnwood road branch BP 24 hrs garage in Gloucester are various car wash programs with a detail of what is included in the price that you will or have purchased, so looking at the list that the cashier has shown me i pointed to the Express program at £5.00 which printed in this segment are the last 3 words wash and dry ,to me is just all i needed now my car has been washed but no dry so went back to the same cashier and to cut a long story short i was told the Express program does not come with a dry in the program but when you look at the list it clearly shows you above the price in this segment of this list it says dry spoke to the person in charge very helpful gave me a refund that requested i explained because it is faulse advertising but its ok that the staff understands it but not the general public....a lady in the queue also agreed with me....please BP get this list amendid.

Garage hit and miss , toilet normally closed for some apparent reason ! Forecourt generally untidy bin overflowing , some staff are excellent others look like they don't wanna be there and their attitude matches the mood they are in !!

Absolutely disgusting service in this store. One of the older male till attendants is one of the most obnoxious, miserable people ever. Huffing and puffing when scanning shopping. Really bad attitude. Called me an ar*hole when I told him so. Manageress was also completely useless and incompetent and referred me to the BP website to complain. Avoid this place like Covid!!
