This is a fantastic cafe with a great selection of food to cater for all, including vegans and vegetarians. The extra bonus is they also go the extra mile for people with allergies, and will swap or add extras to compensate for food with allergens. Lovely staff that always help with these problems.

It's a great place to relax at the city center. Beautifully decorated seating arrangements and friendly staff will grab your attention to make your visit from one time to frequently. I visited with my wife on our anniversary day without any prior planning, and their services just made our day.

Lovely gluten-free Club sandwich, worth giving this a try if you're gluten intolerant. Tried most items on the menu before intolerance came up and hard going somewhere else for breakfast or lunch.
Probably nicest people working at this place for the last couple of years, always with a smile and nothing too much trouble,
Dietary restrictions: Loads of Gluten-free options, not many places can offer this in the area, both for breakfast and lunch

Had toasted cheese it was over done had a job to cut it and not enough cheese in it. Last week we had to wait 40mins people came in after us and got severd before us can't understand, if l didn't go up and complain it would have been longer we have been coming to the cafe for a long time but lately the service has not been good.

Good food and well presented. Atmosphere was excellent. I could not get a signal in the restaurant so I moved out to the seated area. I was able to do various things on my phone without being bothered by anyone.

Food was nice. Staff friendly. Price was ok. Location not their fault but glos is a bit of a dive. That said this place was a bit.of a diamond in the rough and lunch was good.

Nice place to have a coffee, plenty of healthy food options etc, they do an absolutely banging full English breakie, plenty of seating ? there's no downside to Boswells:)

Love there pie and chips haven't really been in there much .but my friend said they do a pie &chips & pot of tea for just £5.95 so yes it was lovely will go again..

Served with a smile and humour.Great coffee though a little pricey.I guess their central location commands premium prices. Overall I enjoyed my mid week visit.

Food was adequate, very expensive now. So due to price increase won't be going back anytime soon. Can't afford it.
