Great store for picking up supplies and reasonably priced medication. The pharmacy service is excellent, and the staff are wonderfully friendly.

I came into boots today to buy some essentials I needed a colleague was very rude. I wanted to pay some with my points and some with card. She told me any boots won?t allow this. However when I?ve attended boots in Cheltenham or the main boots in Gloucester city centre they allow me to do so. Small with glasses and grey hair. She was very arrogant and didn?t want to engage in any help when I asked. I work in retail myself and her customer service was awful.

When you phone the pharmacy they have NEVER answered the phone. Just spent ages in the queue with only 1 person being dealt with . Got home to find some of the prescription is missing. Tried ringing but after several minutes waiting on the phone, it went dead. This has happened EVERY time I?ve tried ringing.

Terrible time shopping today 18/8. All self-service, no till to go to. Plus little instruction. Another shop not thinking about older people or people who find these things difficult to use. Nobody wants to go looking for staff to help. I use this store a lot but out of frustration I will be going elsewhere now. The two stars are for the girls helping today who were getting a lot of stressful customer comments, but kept a smile and were very polite. Of note, apparently you have to scan your goods then see if you have enough points to pay! If not, start again. Phew.

I waited for over 15 minutes at Boots to purchase a fragrance, but no one was interested in assisting me. It was disappointing to see a lack of customer service, especially when the store wasn't particularly busy. I eventually left without making a purchase. This experience makes me hesitant to shop here again

really not one to leave a one star review or be rude but jesus christ! went in with my sister today and she had purchased accidentally the wrong lancôme concealer from another boots the same day. so, she went in and asked if she could return it. it was unused, undamaged, and unopened. the employee then claimed they did not do returns on cosmetics. seriously, that?s what she said. obviously a lie as i?ve returned cosmetics numerous times!! the product wasn?t even faulty!! do better.

What is the point of having a phone line if it's never, ever answered?? I'm disabled and can't make multiple trips to the store to stand in lengthy queues to sort out issues with prescriptions. I'm being told my prescription has been collected but it wasn't by me and I cannot discuss the issue without going into the store. It's not good enough Boots.

Very Poor they have large Q's for only 1 member of staff to serve at the pharmacy who had a face like thunder and no customer service from her, then when you get to counter and say Doctors have just sent thru a prescription bearing in mind you have been waiting in the Q for over 30mins they say they are just printing off them and it will be another Hour wait, very poor what has happen to getting a prescription then when at the counter, it getting fill and taking about 15mins.
I would avoid this pharmacy and also the tesco pharmacy as Q's are getting to be a joke

I don't know why boots pharmacy have a telephone line.
They never ever answer and then it cuts you out.
Take the phone service out as you don't need a phone there as you never answer it
