The pharmacy team NEVER answer the phone and prescriptions are never ready! It's always a 15-30 minute wait because the pharmacist is on lunch or some other excuse! Poor service, do not recommend their prescription services

Be careful when you buy perfumes from Boots. Compare the prices with other perfume shops as they tend to sell perfumes of 100 mls at double price. I bought a perfume 50 mls at 96 pound to find out later that in sephora shop was 100 mls at 95 pound.

I went to get my shade matched as i am new here and i was unaware of brands in cosmetics, i waited 15 minutes at checkout as the sweet lady at checkout said she was temp and only one serving so she informed Deborah to come to checkouts and help me. She came and she was like oh the lady in No.07 will show you. But that lady only showed me that brand, what if i wanted to see other brands, the staff is very impolite and never ready to help. On the contrary i am giving 2 stars becuase the lady who worked in pharmacy was really sweet and came out of cubical to show me where cream is, also a guy working on 1st floor dont know his name but he was black he helped me immensely finding an item. But some staff needs to learn, i understand they might be having bad day but they have to stay strong to do their job.

Not sure why this boots shop is different? Extremely unfriendly team especially one named Sarah and Deborah, if your skin is not white they will send the security guard following you around the shop. Of course the shop is always empty for a reason. I?m really surprised that the store manager has not been fired yet.

I booked a flu jab for October 25th , a few days later had a text to say Thank you for cancelling your appointment , click here to make another.
How did that happen as I definitely didn't cancel.

I have been to this store multiple times for either baby products or the opticians. I am usually with my son in his pushchair. It's disgusting that nearly every time I've tried I have been unable as the lift is constantly broken. There is no offer of assistance from members of staff and apparently no urgency to cater for those that require a lift. Carrying the pushchair down the stairs had been my only solution in some cases where I've needed to go downstairs which has resulted in my back pain getting worse. It has been months. Surely you are losing customers. It needs to be fixed or replaced. I take it wheelchair bound persons, or parents of young children, are not entitled to glasses or essential baby products. They are certainly not valued by this store.

Security guard always makes me and my family feel uneasy in here. I understand he has a job to do but constantly following customers around etc.

Nobody answers the phone. No way to contact anyone there without physically going into the store.

Very rude pharmacy technician / dispenser. She needs to learn communication skills regarding sensitive topics and how to approach a patient picking up their medication. Shocking. Do better.

I put by mistake the doctors prescription in the shredder. Despite having a copy (scanned and on paper) of the prescription, Boots refused to fulfil.
Had to waste 1/2.day to get a copy prescription from GP who didnt understand why Boots refused to fulfil. Obviously since Bootd are so unwilling to help, I will now buy from another chemist.
