The pharmacy team NEVER answer the phone and prescriptions are never ready! It's always a 15-30 minute wait because the pharmacist is on lunch or some other excuse! Poor service, do not recommend their prescription services

Be careful when you buy perfumes from Boots. Compare the prices with other perfume shops as they tend to sell perfumes of 100 mls at double price. I bought a perfume 50 mls at 96 pound to find out later that in sephora shop was 100 mls at 95 pound.

I went to get my shade matched as i am new here and i was unaware of brands in cosmetics, i waited 15 minutes at checkout as the sweet lady at checkout said she was temp and only one serving so she informed Deborah to come to checkouts and help me.
