Asked one of the staff item where an i was ,she did tell me where it was without stopping what she was doing and without eye contact. Plus it wasn't where she told me.

Have always shopped at the B&M, particularly for home cleaning products. But today, for whatever reason I was preyed upon by multiple members of staff as if I was shop lifting. Staff lurking at the end of every aisle I was walking down, two people manning the door as I was ready to make a run.. Then whilst I?m paying a member of staff which had been following me around the store just so happens to come and check the till I?ve loaded my shopping on to.
It?s common for people to use their own shopping bags due to hygiene. I find this particularly important, especially in stores like B&M.
Safe to say, I?ll start shopping elsewhere because of this. Maybe work on your training development within store and have better practises to how you vet your customers and monitor them.
