The delivery team were absolutely superb. Very courteous, conscientious and adaptable. The route to our bedroom was a difficult one but the team didn't make any negative comments and just got on with the delivery, even though it was their last delivery of a very long day and in the knowledge that they had a reasonable drive ahead of them back to the depot.

We ordered a bed, paid our deposit. Later that day we has an SMS to say that our order they were HOPING to deliver in 12 to 14 weeks. So we went back to them to find a bed that could be delivered in a better time frame. Got delivered yesterday, only to find that the lights down the one side DO NOT WORK. So now they say they are going to send someone around to check that the lights really dont work, then some else is going to come and fix the problem. What a waste of time and harm to the enviroment. Get someone to come and fix it the first time. That is cheaper and quicker. No wonder British Industry is dying on its feet. JEEZE

There was a great range of beds and mattresses for us to look at and try. The gentlemen that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. This enabled us to make a well informed decision when purchasing our new mattress.

Delivery team were polite and efficient.

Very poor delivery of product. Damaged on arrival. I then spend 40 mins waiting to talk to customer services, then wait another week for replacement.
Also delivery crew were in a rush, constantly bickering with each other and damaged our house during installation.
There are no installation obstacles, they were just very poor and didn't take care.
Not looking forward to them back really

Purchased my brand new bed for my new home from here and they were absolutely excellent couldn't help you more. Had a great deal and even though I didn't know exact date I was moving they explained I could change the date and the process at any point. First time I've have ever had a brand new bed and not disappointed the body pressure measuring machine has been truly accurate, I no longer suffer from the aches I was getting in my hips from years of martial arts training having to roll over constantly through the night. Amazing and highly recommend Matt who helped me with my purchase. The guys who delivered my bed were super helpful too

We were disappointed that although we ordered a king size bed and king size mattress protector, the mattress protector we received was a double, when we rang the store we were told that we had to either bring it to the store to change or they would post it out to us which meant an hour and thirty minutes in traffic or a seven day wait. We chose to change it because we not prepared to wait another seven days.
