I recently visited the Barclays branch and was helped by Rory, who gave excellent service. I was having trouble with my Barclays app, and Rory took the time to guide me through everything step by step. He was patient, clear, and made sure I fully understood how to use the app before I left. It was such a relief to get it sorted, and I really appreciated how approachable and professional Rory was throughout. Great customer service!

Kieran in the Gloucester branch was amazing bright cheerful and full of life made me laugh. It is very obvious he loves his job and really cares for the customers and was very helpful was in an out of the branch in 5 minutes and the money came in almost immediately which was fantastic.

I had an issue with obtaining the code from the card reader. Rory explained it to me, step by step & was very courteous. He went out of his way to find a solution for my issue. I am extremely happy to receive excellent customer service from Rory and will be happy to keep banking with Barclays in Gloucester.

There are around eight banks in Gloucester City Centre, but my experience at the Barclays Gloucester branch truly stood out. The staff provided outstanding service, and their support helped me decide which bank to choose for my account and investments. I?m now confident in my choice after speaking with them. Hello. Today 08/08/2025 I was dealing with Marilyn. I have never met a more friendly & helpful member of staff. We got cut off whilst she assisted me but she called me back & was extremely helpful in every way. She was patient as she talked me through all the processes. From my point of view nothing was too much trouble & for the record..Marilyn is an asset to Barclay's Bank.

I had to share about the outstanding service I received from Barclays. After losing access to my app account, I called for help and was lucky enough to be connected with the wonderful Marilyn.
