Badham Pharmacy is a great place, but the main discovery for me was the charming Isabella who works there. Her professionalism and lovely personality were simply captivating! Now I have an extra reason to pop in more often. ?

I?m absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication and the fact that once again my life saving medication has been cancelled over and over because of the price ?prescription is never on time or just not ordered and the fact that I?m being given generic medication that the pharmacy know I can?t take is just dangerous!!!!!!!

Called the branch to enquire about flu vaccination and was told there were no appointments for that day. Booked an appointment online for the following day and received an email that my booking was "pending" and would be confirmed soon. Didn't receive confirmation all day so called the branch and was told that they don't have any vaccines. It should not be possible to book an jab appointment if there is not stock. Longlevens branch not answering phone and Bishop's Cleeve branch unable to tell me which branch has stock.

Dreadful pharmacy. Insisted I write down my details while wrestling my autistic and unwell toddler, apparently unable to simply ask for a name and postcode. Then couldn?t read it so had to ask anyway. Then couldn?t find us on their ?system? (not for the first time) and huffed and puffed while I tried to search through my records for an nhs number.
After managing to ?find? our prescription spent an age dispensing it, then failed to provide vital information about the medication ie. Keeping an antibiotic in the fridge.
Gave conflicting information to other patients coming in. Complete lack of organisation. Lazy and incompetent staff. Look at you blankly as if it?s their first day on the job.
Go anywhere but here.

Once again I?ve ordered tablets well in advance, go to collect them - ?when did you order them, have you been here before?? (Been a customer since they opened) Then I have to order an emergency prescription next door. Happens on 1 in 4 visits, unprofessional staff.

Rude staff at Badham pharmacy in aspen centre, Gloucester. Unfortunately near my house so have to go there. I hope the upper management is taking a note of this.

This pharmacy at Aspen Center should be closed down as the staff are the most stupid persons I ever met. Not polite, lazy, liars and not respectful for patients. Don?t put lives in danger. Please close this place down!!!

I would give 0 star as staffs were V v rude. There were two young lady in front one with light blue frame sunglasses and another one with silver nose pin, they were shouting to me even I did not ask how long I need to wait for prescription, I was just in queue and was noticing them their work and they were showing much attitude to customers and were arrogant.
I had two another customers waiting in queue for prescription and Badham Pharmacy staff were taunting me by looking at me that we will have to wait as people are going to McDonald?s and KFC they obviously wait for half an hour so they will wait here as well.
Even though my prescription basket was ready, I was looking that for appox 15 minutes and she was not giving to me. When I remind her basket is ready and it is there she said you have to wait as I am busy with another things. Why????? Even if in front of customers how long it will take to give customers. They made me wait for so long. Such a ridiculous ladies. No manners to behave with customers. If doctor hadn?t sent my prescription there I would have never go this Badham Pharmacy.
Moreover she was expecting thank you from me, when i didn?t thank her she was shouted ? excuse me say thank you ?

I would score 0 if I could blame me blame Dr anyone but don't actually do anything themselves. V v rude. Shout at you and put phone down without you even being asked name!! If my mother's prescription is late or wrong again and there's a resulting health issue I'll have to sue.

Never have sufficient meds in, they have so much business they cannot cope. My advice: go somewhere else

Stood and queued for an absolute age until giving up and walking out! Got completely ignored whilst staff just kept their heads down and ignored me..a smile or acknowledgement isn't hard! Service always abysmall in this place. Needs sorting out!
