Absolutely terrible customer service
If I could give minus stars I would.
I checked stock availability online . 25 in stock collection in 15 mins
Made a 30 minute drive to collect them . I get told they are on top shelves so cant use forklift during day but will get them down overnight.
Next day phone up to be told sorry they forgot to get them down but will do it that night and keep my 8 coping stones to one side for me to collect.
I then call up again to check they have got them down and get told they did get them down but have now sold them all bar 2 and that there's literally nothing they can do so I need to drive to Bristol . Hour and a half away.
The manager I spoke to had no interest in helping me . Thanks for nothing B and Q .

A huge store, so easy to buy extra stuff. I wanted a small space heater, but nearly bought an angle grinder, vice and workbench!
Today we looked at paints and wallpapers, great choice, but still no modern needy stuff, like a computer screen where you can see the paint you choose in situ

Who ever in B&Q decided that requiring £1 when we are increadingly becoming a cashless society, just to use a trolly must have been sniffing glue. All it does is force the customers to either buy less or making multiple trips to and from the car to accomodate the fact that we only have two arms. Utter madness

Not one to ever leave a review about customer service but felt it would be awful if I didn?t write a review about Arlya on the Velspar paint counter at Gloucester B&Q. Absolutely fantastic service. It was right at the end of the day but Arlya took the time to help me with matching up the paint for my garage door with front door. Not easy and tried numerous ways to match up until it was just right. Very knowledgable too, with recommendations for paint application, finish and which require primer. Even recorded the paint choice on their system should I need it again in future. An absolute assert to B&Q, if only trips to the shops were always like this. Thank you Arlya

Went here instead of our local one because stock control said they had 20 in. No boxes under the display item. Very helpful staff realised they had been distributed around the store in an attempt to get people to notice them as they walked around. Only the model we wanted was never included in the piles. Took a full tour of this large store to find the correct model. Always the last possible location to check right? Why can't stores just leave products where people expect to find them? Have they actually increased sales?

The size of B&Q in St Oswald has good products and staff always ready to help. I visited the store with my husband and 3yr old grandson unfortunately my grandson needed the toilet to find them all closed was a shock which included disabled toilet ,which the size of the store is not right
I then after asking staff but had to run to my car and drive him to Costa and my grandson saying we'll Nanny got here in time having a wee. I would have had more respect of a staff member offered the staff toilet. This is so bad with children and disabled people having no toilet in your massive store ?

I had a really positive experience during my recent visit. The store was tidy and well laid out, making it easy to find what I needed. Staff were approachable and offered helpful advice when I had questions, but also gave me space to browse. The checkout process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping trip?I?ll definitely return for future projects.

The staff are usually quite helpful which is why I come here.
But now they do not have any toilets. Before they did.
Usually when I come here I have to travel a long way and do a lot of shopping.
So it became quite uncomfortable that they do not have any loos for customers.
They should have one. I'll have to go elsewhere next time.

Alan was very helpful in the B&Q Gloucester Store and had great customer service - although he works 1 day a week he knows exactly what he's talking about and would 100% recommend him! Will be going back to him in the future! Thanks Alan!
