good store, needed some storage boxes to help me move lovely staff member who sorted me out was in and out very quickly and got what i needed- the quality of the boxes are also really solid and durable

Absolutely terrible customer service If I could give minus stars I would. I checked stock availability online . 25 in stock collection in 15 mins Made a 30 minute drive to collect them . I get told they are on top shelves so cant use forklift during day but will get them down overnight. Next day phone up to... read full comment

A huge store, so easy to buy extra stuff. I wanted a small space heater, but nearly bought an angle grinder, vice and workbench! Today we looked at paints and wallpapers, great choice, but still no modern needy stuff, like a computer screen where you can see the paint you choose in situ
