Every time we come here the service is great but it is next to none when Kai and Jareth are on the bar, though we don?t spend a lot of a money a week we are regular and Kai the drinks ready before we even ordered, will always take the opportunity to leave a good review when it comes to her

Family over from America, so trying to find a Sunday Afternoon which would take a Table of 15 people was hard, However The Longford inn after Checking , Rang me back to confirm, 1st Tick , On the day, arriving first, their was a lady washing Glasses , ignoring us for a while, she eventually said, someone will be with you in a minute !! Another lady duely arrived and checked our booking, As we were 1st, she said if you would like to get a drink, as soon as everyone is here, I will come & see to you, 2nd Tick, Going to bar, No one there, waited lady still cleaning Glasses , then vanish !! Other lady came back, serving someone else , Said where is she, she won't be a minute, Eventually, The lady that was cleaning Glasses, came back to serve us !!! She should have done that before or at least tryed to make us feel welcome !!!! she did neither !!! The lady came back (BETH) as soon as everyone arrived , Having 2 small children in the party, she went above & beyond to make sure they were ok, She was perfection itself, and we would all like to give her a big Thanks for making our reunion a good one. its a pity the other lady let the side down, Food was also Great . Once again THANK YOU BETH

The Longford inn well what can I say we had our wedding reception here and it was an amazing experience they went above and beyond to make sure our guest and us were looked after and accommodated for , the food was served hot and was very nice had everything was served to everyone in good time. I would recommend the Longford inn.

We had a meal at the Beefeater which was good, chicken burger and fish and chips. But the staff were obviously very unhappy complaining of no breaks and other staff not coming into work. We went to watch a rugby game and returned at 10pm and was told the bar was closed? We booked the Premier Inn purely to access the Beefeater which advertised closing at 11pm. The staff were rude and refused to tell me the name of the manager. I was asked to leave which I did but they continued to serve others who were friends they knew. We may never return to this location but I will be sure to look elsewhere first.

I'm absolutely disgusted in the way I got spoken to by a server called jack it was shocking how he spoke to me and then preseding to go into the back to talk to the other staff about how I'm annoying and rude. Other that that horrible rude man the restraunt was perfect and the food was lovely. I hate to be so honest about this server but how some staff drag a place down it would of been 5stars if it wasn't for this man you should take a little more time getting to know the people you hire before letting them talk to customers directly.

Very poor experience. Service in particular was not great. Food was dropped onto the table by waitress when she leant across. Attitude was appalling. Manager told us that she was dopey.....repeatedly and was quite scary. Raised a complaint with Beefeater, got automated response from guest relations to say they will review and get in contact, heard nothing even after chasing them up. Poor service and poor complaints follow up.

Excellent example of the Premier Inn attached restaurant (and I?ve been to a lot!). The usual choices but really well cooked, elevated by very friendly and hand-working staff, particularly Katie for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thanks all.

Lisa our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Just a happy , bubbly lady. Couldnt have asked for a better server. Lisa served us on both the Friday and Saturday nights. Will be seeing Lisa again in the morning for breakfast. Lisa is the sort of person you want around you. Food was also very tasty.

Had the best meal tonight but what made it all the better was being greeted by Katie. Katie is always so welcoming and so attentive. We visit the Longford Beefeater at least twice a week and always look forward to being served by her. To the Beefeater manager?.what a great asset she is to your team! Paul .
