Inattentive staff. As I walked in the store the two young male staff members were chatting amongst themselves near the shop floor entrance and did not bother to offer a greeting.
Slightly deflated albeit I picked up a pair of trainers and enquired for my size. The staff member brought me the size and immediately resumed his conversation with the other staff member. No service was provided.
I could not give such undeserving staff my custom and promptly left the shop. I gave ASICS customer services my feedback, making it clear that this is not customer service that will attract and retain customers for their company.

Went in twice today in order for husband to look for new trainers - not greeted , spoken to or helped whatsoever. Ended up purchasing and hoping for the best but less than impressed at the lack of customer service from the female serving .

Incredibly poor customer service on Wednesday 23rd October. No acknowledgement that we entered the store. No help or advice. Felt like a self service shop.
Bought trainers for £80 hope neither of those girls were on commission as they don't deserve a penny. If we didn't want the product we would have walked out due to rude, insolent assistants, no service evident.

I had to write this, and believe me I don't often.. I was really pleased with my experience/purchase earlier tonight at your Gloucester store. Lauren and Andy were so helpful and knowledgeable, without any pressure, which I hate. They answered all of my questions and especially Lauren was so attentive, I was really impressed by the service I received. I've never actually bought this brand before but heard good things as I i need a supportive trainer, which is waterproof too and grips well, especially with the cold weather and icyness during winter. I ended up purchasing the trainers online as they still had my size (the only one) in stock. But I think these guys should take the credit for this purchase, I will definitely be returning. Please pass on my praise and many thanks, hope the footwear lives up to my expectations!

This ASICS shop is really good.Lot of options and choices in the shop, prices are good.Staff is helpful.I could try the the clothes also in the changing room.All payment methods are accepted there.I am somewhat regular there, I prefer to pop in even if I need nothing, sometimes amazing offers are available in this ASICS shop.I had always good experience.

I visited Asics on Saturday 11/9/21. Really helpful, knowledgeable, patient young man brought out about 10 pairs for me to try and explained lace-tying techniques. Thanks!
