The biggest eye roll because I had a Signature RX prescription. Not very polite for the rest of the interaction. While other customers were stood at the counter, they then closed the shutters and left a small gap open for the last person in the queue to be served. Just poor.

I had a prescription sent to Asda, at first they told me that they didn?t receive it, they kept checking, I wrote the name on a pice of paper for them to make sure that they search for the correct name, then I?ve been told that they don?t have the medicine. They gave me the prescription to check somewhere else, I tried in Boot?s and they said that the prescription is still with Asda that they didn?t release it, I had to go back, tell them to do it?went back to Boot?s to find out that they gave me someone else?s prescription!!!! The pharmacist in Boot?s had to look for my prescription to find it and give me the medicine?.I cannot explain how disgusted I am by their lack of interest and professionalism ?

I had a prescription send to Asda pharmacy on Monday I went to collect mid afternoon on Wednesday still not arrived might be in tomorrow no apology forthcoming.

Prescribed on 5th of April received on 17th of June
Also prescribed 50mg by go can see in NHS app but received 25mg tablet from pharmacy.!!

The blonde lady with the glasses behind the counter was incredibly rude. They were 25 minutes late opening on Boxing Day which while it?s a problem it?s really not the end of the world. At the end of the day everyone there needed to be there as they needed medication reasonably quickly. Nobody really made a big fuss about there being a delay a couple of people asked questions but this lady made out like the whole world was against her. She was extremely offhand with many people in front of me in the queue and spoke to me like a piece of muck she?d found on her shoe. I did challenge her and all of a sudden was called sir. I don?t need to be called sir, just some basic human kindness would suffice, especially at Christmas. If you are reading this review, and I sincerely hope you are, a little kindness goes a long way and you should be extremely ashamed of yourself for treating ill people like that at Christmas. Have some respect. It costs nothing.

Blonde woman with glasses behind the counter stood and chatted with a customer, joking around and ignoring the queue.Asked for a wrist support to which she stood pointing and shouting ?no not there, there!? Like I was stupid.The support was for under the wrist and not to support the actual wrist by covering the hand.She then had a go at us saying ?well that?s not what you asked for is it?!?Absolutely foul and inappropriate behaviour especially as we was being polite. Avoid her at all costs unless you want your head ripped off

I attended yesterday and was left having some medication owed to me. Told it would be ready from 11am. I went especially today and drove miles was told at 1.49pm it would ready in twenty minutes. Came back after doing a bit of shopping in 25mins and was then told the pharmacist was away on his lunch break. I would have to wait till 3.15pm. Terrible service. The young girl on reception was sympathetic but the older lady with the white jacket was very rude and unhelpful. Fancy telling me to come back in twenty minutes when they know the pharmacist would be on his lunch break. Don't recommend this pharmacy at all and the lady was so rude.

The opening hours are incorrect and it is so frustrating trying to go there and it not being open. Wasted trip. Not difficult to have up to date hours

Unfortunately I was sad to wait long time,especially when you feel unwell and you have to wait more then 30 minutes.Advice:if you need get your medication fast I think you'd better to find another one
