Consistently dismal service. Now cancelled using ASDA online doctor and moved my regular GP scripts elsewhere.

The biggest eye roll because I had a Signature RX prescription. Not very polite for the rest of the interaction. While other customers were stood at the counter, they then closed the shutters and left a small gap open for the last person in the queue to be served. Just poor.

I had a prescription sent to Asda, at first they told me that they didn’t receive it, they kept checking, I wrote the name on a pice of paper for them to make sure that they search for the correct name, then I’ve been told that they don’t have the medicine.
