Freezers are mouldy and are not fit for purpose at all. The shelves in the rest of the shop are half full and what?s left in them is always scattered everywhere. The tills at the end of the shop are filled with random stuff that should probably be on the shelves, instead it looks like a poorly organised car boot sale! Everything is extremely dirty, most noticeable around the fruit and veg section. The one positive is that they do a nice pizza at the pizza counter.

Disgraceful..... December the 23rd my husband's did a shop of nearly £400.00.
Over stayed the parking allowance.... Buy approximately half an hour..... Few days later received a letter through the post.. for a parking fine for £60:00. Unbelievable...... Considering how busy the Store was and how much shopping was done. Do you think this is fair.?

Just got back from asda Gloucester superstore. I had to collect a george parcel and send one item back lady at customer service amaranth I think that's how you spell her name.
This lady went above and beyond helping me a pensioner collect and send back a item . She really is a superstar. Thankyou so muchxx

The store is OK. Has most things you will need and has a clothing section. Ive used the click and collect 4 times now and it never has enough staff on. It will be quicker to go in and do your shop yourself.

I've never had an issue with this asda it's always stocked up and managed well. The only annoying this is some of the workers are clearly moody almost every time i do go. But other than that great place

I have to say that this is the absolute worst Asda superstore I have ever frequented
With the exception of parking my experience today 25/10/2024 was the most soul destroying of my 63 years on the planet from the absolute lack of assistance in the store to the lack of management to actually complain to after being advised by the young lady Pak on the customer care/cigarette counter that there was absolutely no management on the premises to whom I could even direct my complaint in person and that the only line supervisor was unavailable due to having to work the till to try to easy the pressure from the ever growing customer queue waiting to make payment.
It was soul destroying to shop there today with the complete lack of customer assistance in all quarters in my case self serve trolly payments I was totally ignored by the 3 members of staff who were hopelessly out of their depth and promptly disappeared from the section of scan & go and self service for trolleys
Absolutely mayhem
SHAME ON YOU ASDA GLOUCESTER
I will never bring my custom to your store again and expect my call to make a personal complaint

Excellent customer service. A colleague greeting us in helped me use the Asda Rewards app to buy the new black ops 6 game, unfortunately I didn?t get the lady?s name but she was excellent, going out of her way to find the a copy of b06 which was nearly sold out. Fantastic Asda with lovely helpful store colleagues. I don?t normally shop at Asda but will be going here more for now on.

Almost 5 stars the delivery was amazing just unfortunately not to my house I understand Google maps can be hard to figure out it can be tricky following directions and now someone else is eating my chocolate pillows but that's ok I have a refund coming in 5-10 business days Tesco's wouldn't do this to me

Visited Asda Store in Gloucester today to finally solve the refunds from George online orders after 2 months of waiting.
Massive thank you to a lady named Claire from customer service. She was very kind and helpful. Didn't leave my sight until the problem was resolved.

Very rude staff, they won?t tolerate with verbal abuse but customers have to accept their verbal abuse when asking for some help at the till
