Went into Argos and Collected 2 Parcels that I Ordered off Ebay, because I didn't know whether I would be at Home for Collection and I knew that my Orders would be Kept Safe there.! The 2 Staff who Served me on Thursday 1st May, the Lady and the Tall Gentleman was Very Kind and Very Helpful indeed.! The Gentleman even Offered to get rid of the 2 Cardboard Boxes that my items came in because I had a problem putting them Both in my Bag.! But I thought that I better keep the 2 Boxes in case I have to Return my 2 items to Ebay.! The Tall Gentleman even came Looking for me because I had Left something on the Counter, I was in a Rush.! LOLThanks to the Lady and the Tall Gentleman again, Their Service was Above and Beyond.!

Worst customer service ever. It took us 3 weeks with making calls to them every other day to either replace the tv or give us the voucher as the tv stopped working and we had insurance with them. Once we got the voucher after so much hassle, we bought 85 in tv with them. They said they will give us 45 in for free as a gift. We said ok and paid for the 85 in tv. After that they delivered the 45in tv first and said 85 in one will be delivered later. Few days after the delivery of 45 in tv they said they can?t deliver the 85 in tv bcoz they don?t have it in stock. Idk how could they not have it in stock if I have already paid for it. To make things even worse, they said now they will refund for the 85in tv but i will have to pay for the 45 in which i didn?t want in the first place.

AVOID NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE USUALLY NEVER HAVE ISSUES HOWEVER STAFF ON 13/09/22 after 5pm ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. !GOT REFUSED TO GIVE BACK FAULTY ITEM AIRPODS DUE TO THE FACT I TOOK IN WRONG BOX AS IT MUST HAVE GOT MIXED UP WITH MY OLD ONE THAT I LOST BEFORE I HAD TO REPURCHASE. HOWEVER TOOK IT BACK AND GOT FALSELY ACCUSED SAYING SERIEL NUMBERS DO NOT MATCH BY STAFF LUCA/LUCY. I SHOWED HER THEY DO MATCH AS APPLE WEBSITE STATES THAT THE NEW GEN AIRPODS DONT HAVE THE SAME NUMBERS AND CAN BEEN SEEN WHEN CONNECTED BY BLUETOOTH. SHE ACCUSED ME SAYING YOU MUST HAVE ANOTHER PAIR MADE ME LOOK LIKE A LIAR AND THEN LATER SAID SHE DIDNT SAY THAT. THERE WAS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HER SHE STOOD THEIR LIKE A VICTIM SHE NEEDS RE TRAINING HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE SHE WASTED THREE HOURS OF MY EVENING AS I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ADVISED ME TO TAKE TO ANOTHER STORE, I GET THEY HAVE TO BE VIGILANT BUT I SAID LET ME GO HOME MUST HAVE GOT MIXED UP SHE COULD HAVE SAID NO EITHER WAY I WONT RETURN IT TO SAVE ME WASTING TIME. HOPE SHE GETS INVESTIGATED THIS IS NO WAY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED I AM WITHIN MY SALES OF GOOD ACT ANY ITEM FAULTY CAN BE TEUTN. ARGOS FIX YOUR STAFFS ATTITUDE AND GUIDELINES. BY LAW IM ALLOWED TO SEND BACK FAULT ITEMS.

Placed an order at 12pm today for a delivery slot same day paying £4.75 !!! Got a text saying delivery will be made between 6.30 and 7.30 , now 9pm being told that the driver had a problem with her car and cancelled my order ? So firstly Argos thanks for running my daughters easter by falling to bring her the item that was meant for tomorrow ! Secondly when did your drivers start using cars to make deliveries in !!! You should be ashamed...
