Amazing service, I was served by Mia, who was very friendly and helpful. I wasn?t even thinking of getting a bra fitting when I walked in, but without her help I definitely would have walked out with the wrong bra size. She then also helped me make an online order, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!

I popped into Ann Summers Gloucester today for a bra fitting. It had been years since having one and I was recommended I try Ann Summers after my best friend had a great experience there earlier in the year. I went in wearing a 38B and I kid you not I came out with a 36E! I couldn?t believe how comfortable it was. Jenina was absolutely amazing and made me feel so good about myself. I will certainly be back again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Bra fitting with Lana. Very lovely and sweet and reassuring. Found out that I am a smaller back size than I thought and two cup sizes bigger. As a naturally anxious and nervous person I was made to feel comfortable at every moment of the fitting. Thank you.

Went in store as a male looking for some bodysuits and hold up stockings when Pauline came over asked if need help when I told her I was looking for stuff for my self she was so helpful picking bodysuit out for me and made me feel so comfortable I defo would recommend Pauline and the rest of the staff to anyone

Came in for first bra fitting since coming out as trans 5 years ago and starting hormones. Was extremely anxious but Lana and the team in their were so welcoming and so lovely, genuinely left with a tear in my eye. Thank you <3

So I went in for a new toy for myself felt embarrassed until lana came over she was absolutely amazing and soon made me feel relaxed being a male and wanting to wear bras and knickers I spoke to her at the till asked if they would let me try some on lana was absolutely incredible and helpped me with everything and even checked the fit for me seriously I was so over the moon she made me feel so comfortable and like I wasn't strange which is how im feeling seriously lana was so nice I could of cried and gave her a hug so thank u so much and I hope u see this

Jenina fitted me today and was fantastic! ? Turns out I was wearing completely the wrong back size ( 2/3 sizes too big) and 3 cup sizes too small! ? My self confidence has been at a very low point for a long time after a DV relationship, but Jenina was so complimentary and confidence-boosting that I walked out of the store feeling 10 feet tall! ? To be honest, I've never had anything but great customer service in the Gloucester store anyway, and in these tough times for businesses, I'll be shouting their praises to everyone! Thanks Jenina for making me feel so fantastic about myself and thank you to all the staff for continuous great customer service! 5 star!!

Jenina is really lovely every time I go in there...she measured me perfectly for my bras and today she also helped my daughter and as it was her very first fitting jenina was really lovely and helpful with her.. making sure she was comfortable and suggesting the right bra for her shape and size...I literally don't go anywhere else for my underwear. Love it here x

Ann summers should definitely give a pay rise to Molly. An absolute gem! I?m so grateful for all her help, she was very professional, patient and kind. She answered all my questions very patiently and offered help in every way possible. Can?t recommend Ann Summers enough mainly because of their amazing staff.

Absolutely amazing service at this store. I have had a bad experience in the past being measured, so didn't really want to be measured. But, after chatting to the lovely Elise, and receiving some lovely compliments, I trusted her and asked for some advice on sizing. So glad I did. Ordered my size online with matching underwear.
