I received an automated response, but the next day received an email from Sue asking for my address so that she could send the required parts.I received a further email that day informing me the items had been despatched.This is the second time in five years I have ordered parts from Bramblecrest, and each time have been met with a quick and efficient response.The quality of the Bramblecrest parasol stand is very good. It is quite heavy, but necessarily so as we live on a hill that is sometimes hit with brisk winds.”
