I only use just eat to order from here because of this my instruction don?t change unless I change them, I made the mistake of not changing them from my last order where they owed me pakoras as they forgot them from a previous order, they quickly rang me as soon as I placed the order and what felt like accusing me of trying to get free pakoras when not owed them which I?m not like that and simply forgot to change the instructions but I explained what happened and thought that that was it, we then received our order and of course the pakoras that I paid for in that order where missing!!, my partner called and explained that we are missing the pakoras that we paid for in that order, they sent them out and we soon had a man at the door questioning us over these pakoras which had nothing to do with the accident over the instruction, we paid for them yesterday and didn?t get them nothing to do with previous orders but me and my partner felt judged and being accused of doing something which was a compete miss understanding, I?ve recently become a regular customer to frampton balti but with the way they handled the situation last night I?ll find a different Indian rather than one that makes customers feel like they done something wrong when it was a complete accident.

Food was fantastic, service good etc and great value.Minor gripe was didn't have a high chair for the baby so was a bit awkward keeping them still while eating... didn't bring own as you assume places have one.Kid-friendliness: No high chairs.

Had a meal here with my wife yesterday. The food was nothing short of excellent. It?s fair to say that I have not had a curry that good in a very long time. We went around 17:45 so the place was empty except for quite a few people collecting takeaways. A few people came in to eat around 18:45. There are a couple of things which could be improved though. The place is a bit ?dull?. It?s clean but could do with a bit more decorative ?life?. Also we were not asked if we would like a drink ( no alcohol on the menu, but we don?t drink anyway) when we sat down which would be normal in any restaurant in my view. The staff are pleasant, but low key. It is minimally staffed so nothing happens quickly. Finally, it isn?t that easy to spot from the road. We passed it twice until my wife pointed it out back from the road. They could do with a prominent sign. All that said, go for the food. In my opinion you won?t get better.

Had a meal here a couple of weeks ago with the wife. Food and service was fantastic. I have been in hospitality for 40 years now and this place rates very highly. Will be going back next week to celebrate my retirement.
