Can't really fault this lot if you are a bit of a petrol head that does their own repairs.
Superb prices on alternative brands if you're in a budget, and a good range of upgrade kit such as suspension and brake kits.
Only criticism would be that they could do with a stereo or radio in the counter sales area, it's like a dentist waiting room.

Ordered online and collected within the hour. Quick and polite service. Had to return the item online ( my fault ) and dropped it back in to the store without any issues. A refund slip was provided, and my replacement order was all ready to go. Polite and friendly. Small queue inside, but chap dealt with everyone quickly. Easy to park outside. Will definitely visit again.

Although it appears to be in stock on their website, when I go there they say it is out of stock and when I ask the manager, he replies that I don't know either. I will definitely not buy anything again. Employees are irresponsible

Ordered the wrong part online, realised when picking it up, staff member was extremely helpful and found the parts I actually needed. And this was when it was busy!!

Great to have one in South Glos. Service can be slow at peak times (needs more than one staffing desk). Click and collect very convenient.
