I purchased a mattress from this branch, last week, I phoned today & spoke with the store manager, who forgot to hangup the phone. I over heard her badmouthing me to her staff while I was still on the line. How rude & offensive & disrespectful.

He was very knowledgeable. My sleeping position was assessed on their SleepMatch machine for a personalized mattress. This made my shopping for a mattress that much more focused. It truly made the biggest difference. I can't wait until my bed arrives.

Big shout out to Sophie in the Filton shop. She has great product knowledge and helped us understand the different options on mattresses given technology changes since we last bought one! Helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions.
Hopefully our new mattress will help with the sleep issues I have whilst making sure my husband also has his sleep pattern catered for.
