I would definitely be recommending Connells to anyone who wants to rent an house!! After a rocky start regarding communications between myself and the agency, they have definitely turned my opinion around. They have gone above and beyond for myself and my husband as we have gone through this moving in process. They have taken aboard any issues or problems that we have had and have sorted it out as swiftly as possible. My husband and myself are happily in our new home so glad and appreciative that this whole process went so smoothly. Thank you Connells especially to Bethan who have worked so hard to make sure that we were able to move in to our new home so easily and in the timeframe that we wanted. Myself and my husband are so grateful for you all!! We hope that this level of cooperation continues throughout the duration of our tenancy and also to others who choose to use Connells.

I've been working with Connells Filton for years using their full management service and had a very positive experience overall. Most recently with Bethan who has been excellent in ensuring both landlord and tenant have a smooth experience, going the extra mile to make sure everything is done right and on time. Just want to say how lovely, friendly & reassuring Bethan is!
House hunting is always a stressful thing for anyone and espeically when its just been sprung on you! But right from the very first step of us meeting Bethan at the house for a viewing, she just instantly made me feel at total ease about the whole process.
Bethan is so down to earth yet professional at the same time, nothing has been too much trouble and she has gone the extra mile getting us away from our former cow boy landlord!! Thankyou so much!

Recently sold our house with Connells and they were fantastic. It was not an easy process due to shared ownership aspect but Tony especially was brilliant. When there was an issue on the day of completion, Tony was on hand to assist in any way he could. He is extremely professional, empathetic and helpful. Always going above and beyond. All the team at Connells are very friendly and I would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Connels a couple of times trying to sell a flat which has cladding issues. Not an easy sale to take on and unfortunately they were unable to sell my flat. However, this was through no fault of their own and I can?t imagine another estate agent that would put in as much time, effort and emotion into their work. Tony, Charlie and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic and always had our best interests at heart. Our sale was a risky proposition but they all went over and above. I couldn?t recommend them highly enough- absolutely brilliant!! If we ever get our cladding sorted we will be back with them again!
