got in touch with Keith late on a Saturday night about dodgy hdmi port.
Delivered to him on the Sunday morning and had my console back and working perfectly by 6 o'clock same day.
straight forward and easy to deal with.

Dishonest, rude, deceptive, unprofessional and uncaring. Would strongly recommend against using this person (s) as my experience was negative in every aspect and I left with a console more damaged than when I brought it in, and out of pocket.
To summarise - I had a PSP with slight joystick drift and after dropping it off at their doorstep the only communication I had was abrupt unpolite messages over text. After two weeks I returned to be told they couldn't fix the issue and I had to pay 50% of the quote for "attempted repair". Out of power (intentionally I'm sure), I returned home to charge the PSP and the joystick is now totally inoperable whereas before it had just a slight drift. After explaining my dissatisfaction with their service they (Keith) replied "Ok." This isn't a business, just a couple uncaring individuals.

Great service, very friendly. I first took my Xbox into a mobile repair store who said they fix consoles and they couldn?t fix it. Then took it here and they solved the issue no problems. Even went the extra mile to help set up specific settings for my tv. Highly recommend!

Had my port fixed on my x series xbox today, didn't take to long for him to do it.
No issues, he did what he said he would do.
Would recommend this guy if U have problems with any consoles.

I cannot begin to describe the disgusting service this 'professional' company offered. They have taken £120. He did nothing. Went as the ps5 disc reader didn't work, and when viewing the issue didn't even own a ps5 disc to test the issue. Claims they fitted a new part, under their warranty apparently, which didn't fix the problem, when subsequently after speaking to PlayStation cannot be fixed. A 'professional' might have known that. Spoke twice about a full refund during the work if the repair didn't work which they assured me would happen, explaining how careful as a family we are with money as im disabled with young children. I have been waiting for a contact from them all week and now are refusing to give me anything back. All because they want a broken part back. We have been well and truly conned.
Don't make the same mistake we did.
I have tried to be civil, and negotiate a fair compensation, but it is a complete waste of time. He literally doesn't care.

Contacted Keith as my PSVR2 controller stopped working. He had a look and did some tests, turns out it was an unfixable software issue. He contacted Sony, sent it off and they replaced it under warranty and sent a new one back. He asked for a donation to cover his time which I was more than happy to pay. Would definitely recommend.

Keith fixed up the overheated ram on my Xbox 360 slim, and now it boots up again properly! Repair price is very fair and he did a good job with it

Had the hdmi port of my ps5 repaired, worked smoothly for a while until it stopped working a few months later, was fixed again by them but had issues sustaining the picture display at times, it recently stopped displaying any picture display at all so will have to get it repaired for a third time. Don?t recommend as there?s no guarantee the issue will actually be fixed.
