Useful for occasional meet-up ? plenty of parking ? but zero atmosphere (unless you like dingy, noisy bar with TV on loud). Luckily at Monday lunchtime, there were few customers, the weather was glorious 30° & there was outside seating in the shade.
Menu heavily meat / burger & chips based, but Lamb koftas were tasty.
Don?t expect a healthy meal!

Brought my mother in law here today with my partner and what we experienced was nothing more than horrendous customer service. We had ordered our food and drink on the app and had been waiting 30 + mins for our drinks to arrive. After some time had passed my mother in law went to the bar to just check the status of our order. At the bar she was ignored numerous times by the bar woman and repeatedly told she would be served after all the other customers but was never acknowledged in the end once all the other customers had gone. We were so disgusted with this treatment that we cancelled the order and requested a refund. Coming from a hospitality background myself I understand how demanding the job can be sometimes but to be increasingly ignorant and rude to a customer after they just wanted to ask a simple question that is unacceptable. The bar woman continued to give dirty looks to us and was not apologetic at all when we expressed how this experience made us feel. I would be more understanding if the pub was busy but it wasn?t even half full. I am really disappointed with this experience, it ruined our Sunday evening and after today I would not recommend this establishment to anybody in the future.

Was waiting for food and our drinks for over 40 minutes when my mother went to ask for an update and just to check how much longer it would be she was the only one at the bar the blonde server seen her and walked away when the server came back she served other people at the bar who arrived after my mother and then my mother tried to get the server?s attention for a second time to then being told by the server she was serving other people and she would have to wait and then after serving them my mother again tried to get her attention to which she gave a horrible look to my mother and walked away, I had to then go in with my mother and speak to the manager and ask to cancel the food, I have no problem with someone being rude to me but not to my mother. Me and my partner have come frequently as we found it a comfort after moving here 2 years ago and wanted to bring my mother as she was visiting, we won?t ever be returning and would now never recommend ever again after this horrible incident. If I could advise stay away it?s not worth it

Staff are lovely ans friendly. Also very quick at bringing drinks etc. Very hospitable. The food was great value for money as were the drinks. The place is clean and tidy. The toilets immaculate. Would visit again.

Just been for food with you, ordered via the app, service was very quick and although there was a mix up, partly my fault on ordering, it was corrected very quickly couldn't have asked for more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you

Booked a table for 1 while I stayed at bristol Filton travelodge. No table or someone had taken it, queued to ask for table food took awhile staff I did see or talk to were young but ok. Food arrived cremated bacon 1 burger was decent chargrilled other one was burnt they hid burnt bit on bottom, not good it wasn't that busy for food when I visited so no excuse. I couldn't be asked to complain ate as much as I could. Like most greene king pubs prices ok for decent portion. I had a cider it was good. It's a big pub with tables outside and parking including charging. Seems like a locals pub, dogs allowed inside too. I wish id eaten at my travelodge as they have bar restaurant.

Came in for a family meal. Which was most enjoyable. Great atmosphere and our food was cooked perfectly and presented well. Big shout out to Callum who was very helpful and charming.

Ok. Bar area ok, bathrooms disgusting. Food ok but that's as far as it's go. Looked fun for crisps and a pint.
