ATM often has no change, when you ask a station worker to change money, they never have any change... but when you buy something, there is no problem in changing the money... Is it really such a big problem to change 20f in half?

We always choose Premier Inns by choice as we know they have everything we need, including a good breakfast and a super comfortable bed. We go away from the town centre to get parking and a lower price.

Although it clearly states that there is no Aircon, the hotel had ice water for guests at reception, the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Mollie in particular was great ?

No air con, fan in room broken, hottest day of year, it was cooler if we slept in the hallway. Awful smell in our room. Black pudding sitting in grease and soggy.unedible. we phoned day before for early check-in in. Advised we were happy to pay extra, was told no need. When we arrived, told we had to pay £10 which was absolutely fine, but mixed communication.

Admittedly, it was a hot evening, but it was so hot in the room. Even with a fan, it was far too hot to sleep. Then the shower stopped working half way through a cooling down shower! I?m just glad I wasn?t half way the washing my hair! But, it was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Easy check in and friendly girl on reception. Hotel room as expected at Premier Inn, lovely and clean. The room was very warm but fan provided cooled this down very quickly. Beefeater meal in the evening was lovely although staff definitely seem overrun, same in the morning with queue out the door. Definitely recommend the meal deal voucher. Have also stayed at the Travelodge nearby but would probably choose to return here over there.

Room very hot due to exceptional weather, fan provided but noise kept us awake. We choose the meal deal and booked a table for 19.00. The restaurant manager told us no need to book as it would be a quiet night. At 19.00 the restaurant was packed and had to wait for a table. My wife ordered a meal and 20 minutes later was told they had ran out of pies, she choose another meal and was told that had also ran out. She settled for a burger and chips. When we were about to leave we had to pay 50p for a slice of cheese. It was chaotic but they had three members of staff absent. The shower in the morning would not work due to low water pressure. I like Premier Inns but stay was not good, luckily only there one night.

This is our 5th visit here, room seemed very small this time..no shelf space to place clothes only hangers. Extractor not working in bathroom and noisier room as road outside. Too hot to shut window, fan provided but rather noisy and dusty. May try again but will seriously think about trying somewhere else in Bristol if this is going to be the experience. OK for 1 night but we are here for 3 days. Was told no other room available.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn before at Emersons Green, on the busy Bristol 'ring road'. My wife is partially disabled, so we were very disappointed to discover that this Premier Inn STILL has no 'wet room' facilities since our previous (pre-Pandemic) stay. I am sorry to say that my partially disabled wife cannot even use a bath with lowered sides and grab rails! On this occasion we were staying for (a shorter than usual) four nights whilst visiting close family in Keynsham. On arrival, we were allocated a ground floor room and I asked for a non-slip rubber bath mat, and this was supplied immediately. However, my wife was still too nervous about slipping so didn't use the shower over the bath. I must say that the staff on the reception Desk were excellent and made us feel very welcome, even offering to help me with our cases. (I declined politely). I must say, we were both glad, when checking in, to be offered a drink of iced water after our long drive down from Liverpool. We had a hair dryer and a refreshments tray, though the latter was not replenished by the housekeeping staff, for the reasons stated below. Our towels were not replaced either, except on the first morning. The bed was, as always, most comfortable. The room had been provided with a small fan to keep the temperature down. This did help a little but, to be perfectly honest, was far too small to make much of a difference. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy as children were running up and down the corridor and, on several occasions, knocked on our door and hen ran away. I didn't mention this to Reception as I didn't wish to distract them from the other, more important issues. The other disappointing aspect of our stay was that, at the time of checking in, I specifically requested to have our room (numbered one) refreshed EVERY day of our stay, but this request was not honoured. I'm afraid that, though I reminded Reception each morning, it still did NOT happen! I even left to hotel's printed card on the outside of our bedroom door each day, which read "I'VE LET RECEPTION KNOW I'D LIKE MY ROOM CLEANED", but Housekeeping seemed to ignore this notice too. I'm afraid this is one of those situations where a spoken apology from Reception at check-out simply won't do! The adjoining Beefeater eatery was constantly busy and yet the service by a hard-working staff would be difficult to fault. Our evening meal on the day of our arrival was extremely good, as were the self-service breakfasts each day. (Unfortunately, there was no decaffeinated coffee for patrons which was unfortunate).

You do know what you are getting with a Premier Inn and this one is no different. Room and facilities very modern with a very comfortable bed. Staff on reception very welcoming. The Beefeater is attached to the hotel so it?s very easy for dinner and breakfast. Visiting relatives nearby so this was an ideal location. The only reason I have not rated it excellent is due to no air-con so the room was very warm. There was a fan provided but it doesn?t really do anything.

I didn?t book it, the company did, I?m annoyed with myself for not checking more closely so take responsibility for that. However, the hotel are clearly very aware of its failings, yet are doing nothing about them. The HEAT in the room was suffocating, it is so bad that the entire building feels moist and like stepping of an aeroplane! The control panel was out of service, maybe on purpose, so I couldn?t tell you exact temp but 29/30 plus at least. The fan was weirdly worse than useless, it created no breeze whatsoever, not even when right in front of it, what it did however, was sound like aircraft taking off - ALL NIGHT! I think what fascinated me the most Premier Inn - is why build the new extra wings of this hotel equally badly? Ok, no air con in the old part, BUT then you?ve matched it in the NEW??!!!! Idiots!!!!! The sink drain genuinely smells, impossible to clean teeth without over it without gagging if you are sensitive in that way. To put the tin hat on the entire experience, an inconsiderate workman began scraping and paint stripping a bedroom window opposite, with a loud power tool, just after 8am! Guests were still either side of this window and us directly opposite. I had only fallen asleep, finally, after 4am and then the worlds loudest BEE woke me up. It?s a Hotel you fool, people have actually paid for somewhere to rest. The most disgusting part is I tried to get assistance. I rang the 24hr reception 4 times, at intervals just after midnight when I could take it no longer - no answer, not once! I tried again at 5am and still nothing. For me, this really was the limit. What if there was a serious problem? Quite frankly, I think this place is so bad it shouldn?t be in operation. You should be paying the two ladies on reception a fortune to take the flack you create. The housekeeping staff should simply down tools, they were dripping!!!! Be ashamed of yourself Premier Inn.

It was a pleasant stay, and for the price. You get what you pay for, though it was 10 times better, compared to a lot of other cheaper hotels. The room was lovely & clean. The bed was super comfortable. I loved all the amenities you could use in the room, the TV works well, the Wi-Fi was annoying that you had to reboot it every time you left your phone for awhile. The Wi-Fi did work and that is a big bonus for free Wi-Fi to work in a hotel! What could?ve been better was, extra bath towel anextra toilet roll, as they had not a normal toilet roll handle with toilet rolls hung onto it, it was one where you have to put paper in it and it was small toilet roll paper so I would consider changing that and having extra toilet roll rolls in the future, there also could have been better toiletries provided, as in there was no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. It was hand wash in the shower and hand wash by the sink so the hand wash was very nice, smelling hand wash. But it would?ve been nice to have provided proper shower gel for cleaning and maybe other extra toiletries but still considering the price point for the room can?t complain too much.. it would?ve been really nice to also at the tea making facility in the room, to have more teabags or coffee, and also not just the option of dairy milk cartons, but to have dairy free options for those who have intolerances or allergies, or just don?t drink dairy milk! Plus clearer guidance on if you can use the tap as drinking water as I filled my bottle up with tap water to drink and it tasted really funny, therefore clarify if the water in the taps in the room can be drunk. The Beefeater restaurant next door is a hit and miss experience whilst in the restaurant for Continental Breakfast and an evening meal. It was noticeable that there is a staff issue and also a stress on staff to split themselves between those staying in the hotel and those who are just normal customers. The layout of the restaurant doesn?t work very well between the both? So that is something that could be looked into, for future reference. The food was okay, though I deem it overpriced for what it is. There is also a lot of waiting time again because of the staffing issue which is from my observation a managerial issue, I must give praise to the bartender. I think his name was Ethan who was fantastic, and though you could tell he was doing a lot of work and left on his own on the bar. He did really well! Overall, it was a comfortable experience!

Quiet and very clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower and somewhere to eat next door. Plenty of spaces for parking for no extra charge. Wifi, tv and hairdryer all worked well. Great for my 1 night stay
