Staff always super helpful and happy to advise :).But it is regularly out of stock of a lot of items and large queues at busy periods.Not a huge range of cat food, but there is enough to choose from, and it's got a vets4pets and groom room.Only marked down due to very large queues at times & stock availability

Does anyone work there nobody answers I've been ringing nonstop even the vets and groomers line don't answer either.they haven't delivered our dog food we paid delivery they keep cancelling now they ain't answering at all so they've took my dogs food money no food for the dogs and my mum paid extra for next day delivery which it hasn't came we can't afford to buy no more dog food now its not good enough their starving we have to find our food they can have which ain't much this is a joke

Really annoying shop, don't sell fish on Tuesdays and they question the hell out of you for even suggesting you'd like to buy a fish. Surprised they don't sell theory own fish water amd demand you need that to put one of their skanky fish in.

It?s fine, I don?t think it has the full range of stock though being a smaller branch and you?re often queuing to get served. Also noticed how much pets at home prices have gone up, more so than some of the same products you can find elsewhere.

Very poor experience, my wife went into this store which is a big deal for her because of her health issues. The staff were very unhelpful when she finally found someone. She finally just walked out the store without purchasing anything because she couldn?t get any help. We were parked directly outside the store & while we were there we noticed at least 6 other people walk out, so it seems like they are loosing a lot of customers. So who ever owns it or is the franchisees, it?s probably worth having a good look at your business.

Budgie cages they have in stock very poor I went in with intension of buying one but they only had 4 of which were very small.Disapointing after I was looking for large cage. I expected a shop this size would have at least one ?

Always clean very friendly staff and always willing to help. Just need to keep supplies on the shelves better.
