This place has gone downhill. I used to go regularly but have now found somewhere else to go. The quality is awful, wonky nails are a standard. Also I?ve never been anywhere that takes as long to do nails as here and them still be bad.There are only a few of them who can actually do nails but they regularly let the untrained staff do nails. The guy cut multiple fingers as he was filing, got acrylic all over my fingers and someone else had to come and sort it out. I was there for like 3 hours. Will not be back, other nail salons take half the time and are better quality

Got my nails done last week I said to the man they look really thin he said they were fine but a week later they are snapping off waste of £40!

Not great, I came for infills this usually takes other shops around 30 mins. A young girl did mine and then an older lady came over removed them all and started again. I was in the chair for a total of nearly 2 HOURS. I?m pregnant, there?s no ventilation and they still charged me £25. Disgusting.

I love my nail design however 3 of the tips were put on wonky and were not changed after pointing them out. They also made me bleed on 3 different fingers due to filing too close to the skin
