Ordered at midnight via the Uber eats app, after over an hour of waiting, I called the store and was informed that they had received the order on the uber eats tablet, but just simply hadn't began the order, and would send it out on the next batch. Over an hour later of no delivery, I called again, the phone rang several times, until it started going to the answer machine immediately, and this was happening from multiple numbers. The night shift worker had clearly just disabled the phone, and hadn't even bothered to do my oder. You're paying someone who's sitting around all night doing actually nothing and not taking orders.

The service doesn?t even deserve one star, I ordered a pizza at 3 and it took an hour and 17 mins to arrive. At this point I?m not even hungry anymore. I called the restaurant 3 times and they kept telling me it would be delivered in 10 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I rang them again and they had stopped taking my calls and seemed to have blocked my number. They were no help at all and I felt like I was speaking to a wall. Safe to say I will not be ordering dominoes from this place again, it has ruined my night.

When the order was delivered and something was missing the chap said ring the branch. Have rang the branch several times now for someone to pick up the phone and then immediately hang it up again. Vile service.

Terrible no topping dry as bone asked for refund immediately but apparently you've got to wait a week to get one! Awful was hungry but could not eat more than first slice, customer service negligible just said he'd put down as a refund, eould never use again

Order the pizza today at lunchtime was horrible ? such a shame the lady manager looks confused doesn't know how to run the store we was often well treated with old managers a guy with glasses dom and the other manager Campo was really nice people sad see them not there anymore what a shame what a loss for dominos?

Ordered pizza for family, collected.
Three pizza?s were fine, the fourth was missing burger sauce. Called domino?s and asked for replacement to be delivered.
Missed out on eating with family but grateful of pizza being replaced. Pizza arrived, without burger sauce - you couldn?t write it.
Has happened previously, asked for full refund as this is now the third occasion the same things happened, nothing heard since

I always collect from here so I can?t say about delivery, but my orders are always perfect. Cooked amazingly and I?m usually served by a really lovely lady (unsure of her name) but always greets with a smile. ??

Just called to place my order. A lady picked up the phone. Pretending that she could not understand me and laughing as well.I asked to speak with the manager and said she was the manager. Her name Roxana. I cancelled my order as she was so rude and made feel so bad.Girl you have to know that costumer service is so important.You are rude to people that they paying your wages.
