Sold out of date 'Mini All Butter Shortbread' As in their nonsense wisdom you cannot immediately contact them by phone I am unable to let the store know straight away. This lack of opportunity to be able to discuss properly what I, and maybe some others would consider important to my mind is not good business ethics and if I had the power I would shake up those in main charge of Costa to make them more customer ease ofcontact friendly, or I would find some way to close the business down. Costa and other similar companies should take the example of 'Mac Donald's' into consideration?

No Chai Latte. No long handled spoon with latte. Not overly busy at 12.30. Staff polite. The latte I ordered was ok, about average for a Costa.

Love it here, even more so now the dogs are welcome! My favourite order is a soya hot chocolate which is just perfect. The staff are so hardworking and always busy but super professional. A great little place in Emersons Green ??

This coffee shop is hit and miss, not consistent in coffee making, a lot of luke warm drinks, not happy staff when you take it back either. Cannot think why this costa is not stocking latest G F toasties, all other costas have it. Another point in question, why are you allowing dogs in , this is an eating establishment, it's totally unhygienic when people are eating to see dogs sitting up at tables , why have you removed your no dogs policy, disgusting this is allowed.

I?d like to start by saying I received 10/10 service from the staff at this branch, my daughter has a dairy allergy and can barely find places to successfully eat, we were served by Nicole who worked with her colleague to ensure everything was washed from cloths to jugs and cake slices.
She walked us through the dairy free options and was extremely friendly, we cannot fault Costa as an amazing dairy free brand.

Just witnessed a member of staff dropping a pack of cookies on the floor then kicking them towards the till area to restock the display. She then put all the packs on the floor while she restocked. (The one she kicked she did take away). Upon questioning her use of the floor she stated that people should be washing their hands before eating. So, queue up. Buy coffee and food. Open pack of biscuits then go and queue for the toilet in order to wash your hands. Yes, that's really practical especially if you have a lot of shopping or a child with you.
Personally, I'd rather be able to trust that the packaging my food arrived in was clean and uncontaminated by whatever debris people may have on the soles of their shoes, as they stand at the till area to pay.
She could have simply used a box or a basket to move the armful of cookie packs she was struggling with.
And yes, I do have a food handling and hygiene certificate for work.

We were served by Morgan, who was very polite and helpful. As I walk with a stick, she immediately offered to carry my tray to the table, which made things much easier for me.

Wrost Costa I've been to very chaotic and badly mannered slow serivce with bad costumer service with no attention of notice or understanding of what your saying get more attention out of a glass mirror. Tea was cold and milk was unfresh then the glasses used for the water were dirty. Seating and tables was messy not cleared and ready for new customers crumbs with sticky cake bits inside of chairs. Had difficulty getting anyone to come clean a table waited 10 mins till we could get a table cleaned then another 6mins on top to be noticed to be served both times communication was poor and slow we won't be returning again

Every time I get a toasties its been over done or under done and is not cut ! How is it so hard to cut it plus its cold, the coffee was made poorly this is a constant every other costa I use is great what a massive disappointment this branch is !
