Well what an evening we all turned up for our birthday club so we decided to use you guys on an arrival looks smart great place . Order a beer from the the guy from behind the bar the beer tasted bit sour but I still drank it Berri Moretti
We sat down for the meal asked the manger if we could split the bill and have a bill for Lewis our name he said we don?t do it ?
Ordered the ribeye steak to be told no steak it?s Monday ??????
I ordered the sirloin steak that was 25.95
Well it came out like a gammon steak I order med rare well this was a sandwich steak thin over cooked I started to eat to decide I wasn?t happy I got the steak changed but that was a big mistake the replacement was worse see pics the vegetables was cold the chips was good and the pepercorn sauce was really good
Manger was very good to help with the complaint but mate get a better cut of meat and better beer I love the Italian in fishpond they are outstanding and have peroni a true Italian beer
Won?t return as the food was terrible that was my steak but the carbonara was tasteless and needs more seasoning

I was at Sainsbury's for shopping with a friend when he suggested we could have our lunch at Botegino's. The staff's were professional and friendly. One of the staff actually came over to talk about the food and and to ensure we were being attended to. The meal was delicious, and I will be returning before the end of this summer.

We had an excellent Sunday lunch. The roast beef and pork were both very good as was the vegetables and gravy.
The desert was a little disappointing.
At this quality and price I was surprised that it wasn't busier.
I will be back.

Service here feels old-school in the best way. Everyone's so cheerful, happy to help and has a flare that makes every visit feel really special. This restaurant is a local institution. So many good menu items but the calzone always draws me back.

This was a delivery service so may not be the norm.
Packaging i would say is the biggest issue. If you put brushetta that has warm toast in a plastic container with wet tomatoes on all you get is soggy bread with tomatoes, same applied to the garlic bread. The meatballs also seemed quite bland and not like hand made

Terrible food that was definitely not worth the money. When we raised the issues the manager argued the point with me and didn?t seem bothered. Not worth the money at all. Don?t bother

I must say a massive thank you to all Bottegino?s staff for today.
They managed to accommodate a group of over £30 people with patience, kindness, excellent service and really tasty food.
From booking with them to delivering the food to the table it was all excellent and I cannot fault a thing.
Portions were huge and food was very tasty, so
thank you all again.
