Had to queue 15mins before n prescription line just to get an over-the-counter basic med? they need to reconfigure that for queue jump if they?re never going to operate the other counter!!

No make up advice unlesss you want to buy no.7, which I didn't because the eyebrow pencil that was the right colour snapped when the shop assistant demonstrated it, very brittle.I used to like No. 7 products, but they are not as good as they used to be.Secondly, the lighting in there was so bright and unnatural, it was impossible to see the colours against your skin tone, so useless when trying to choose something new.Also, the shop looked like a jumble sale, half empty shelves and items you couldn't find the prices for.I only right reviews when a product , or service are really good , or really bad, sadly Boots you are over priced, poor customer service and a vety disappointing and frustrating experience. Having to drive 6 miles to get to your nearest store I shant bother again. I had more help in Sainsbury Supermarket in their makeup aisle, than you gave me and that should be your genre......

Worst pharmacy around. Not at all helpful, especially with my mother who has alzheimers. No clue of anything, not organised. Ques and always long 15 - 20 minutes wait. Even after complaining to the stores manager, nothing has changed. Shame as its a lovely big store. Time to get it right, Boots Emersons Green!

Pharmacy inside is terrible-long queues and the prescription is never ready-but most of all the service is disrespectful, they only look to get rid of the client, not to give him professional adviceI do not recommend!

The hours that the pharmacy is open are incorrect which is annoying to the customer as you waste both fuel and time.

First in the queue after 17 minute wait. Then another 3 people served whilst waiting for my prescription, I asked if mine was ready when I was already told that the lady would process it (waiting in the basket) so I asked & intervened as she was ignoring me, Then she said it has to be checked & didn?t even look at me? If you wish to see an example of poor customer service then be prepared. Boots will no doubt be the next retailer to go & this won?t help them. I decided to go elsewhere & left. Got there at 13:50 as it closed until 2pm. 27minutes is long enough for nothing.

Appreciate staff work hard and are busy but as you can never get through on the phone please can you update your opening hours to reflect the pharmacy opening hours now they?ve been reduced somewhat so customers don?t have to travel to store only to be faced with a closed sign or try every department extension number by phone to try and find out. Save the staff and customers no end of time - many thanks

Appreciate that the staff are busy and work hard however the pharmacy can be very slow. Waiting times of up to 45 minutes are not uncommon. Hopefully more staff can be employed to support.I have also had issues when using the NHS app and not receiving a message that medication is ready, even after a week.

Terrible pharmacy. I had to visit on 3 occasions to get my prescription spending at least 30 mins in the queue with the final visit taking over an hour. Avoid at all costs if you want to use your prescription
