This pub is only 10 minutes from Jnct13 M5 and we stayed overnight in our Motorhome. Mark came over to greet us and even helped stop traffic so we could reverse in. We had the most amazing meal and a couple of excellent beers! The pub is really lovely and was full which was lovely to see. There is a lovely informal beer garden next to the parking spot, everything quietened down by 2330. Thanks Mark and team for an excellent meal and stay!

We booked this pub as we were going to the circus at Minchinhampton Common and wanted to watch the football before we went. We booked in advance and prebooked our meals. There were 13 of us. The staff were extremely helpful via email and in person. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much. Everyone made our visit enjoyable and everything went smoothly. We had a wonderful day.

What can i say but a super well cared for pub.
A proper pub that does food but has not last that community feel.
Where all walks of life are welcome.
Super dog friendly and well worth a visit

Ordered fish and chips.
I should have realised how bad it would be when the food arrived within 5 minutes.
Obviously precooked and sat prior to reheating.
Saturated in fat, awful.
Not like me NOT to complain but hey.
Never again.

We were visiting our dear friends who live nearby. What a fun pub! Every beer and cider we had were delicious, service was spot on, and the wings and fries we had were delicious. Wings were perfectly cooked with the right amount of Sriracha sauce on them (not too much, not too little) and the fries (chips) we're piping hot as they should always be. Well done!

5 of us went for lunch having heard how good it was. We waited over 20 minutes for 4 mediocre to poor meals, the mussels were good. The fish was over cooked and the batter soggy. I asked for a cremated sausage sandwich which came undercooked, so I sent it back. When it eventually arrived again the sausages had been deep fried and were awful. The chicken Souvlaki was passable. The chips were undercooked, the peas like bullets the ham had a peculiar taste and the fried eggs were hard. All in all, not an experience we will be repeating.
