Cannot fault our dealings with the two of them, but we were very unimpressed that Richard was showing buyers around when they could not afford anywhere near the asking price. If not for the fact that we wanted a quick sale in order to buy our dream property, we would have moved agents.We thought buying and selling through the same agent would make things smoother, and quicker, but even with no real issues the process took 6 months from selling/buying to actual completion. Just worth keeping in mind!”
