Excellent local post office with friendly staff. The only negative is that the third counter is never open which could relieve queues at busy time. But it is busy, because it's popular, because of the good service.

It's says it's open til 2:30 on Saturday. I walked in the rain to discover they closed at 1. Not a happy bunny.

I just wish with the new glitzy glam shop came a glitzy glam energy from the staff.Smile when someone walks in...Ask how people are...Make the experience a good one.Don't just say "put it on the scales""there you go" giving the reciept, With no smiles or effort and all a bit rude / abrupt.We want to help you save the facility of a post office in Cam but at this rate I would rather WALK to Uley and give them the custom, their idea of customer service is brilliant.Hopefully this review helps change the way the front of house staff react to people coming in the shop! We support local, physical shops as much as possible but please don't make it difficult for your customers!Remember, this review could be the feeling of any of your customers.. So make it good practice to be naturally nice instead of simply doing it for a week.Thanks.
