Hi. After a blow out on the M5 I contacted Kwik Fit at Dursley. They agreed to fit us in even though they were busy. Green Flag picked us up and dropped us there. A special thanks goes to Tom who went the extra mile to help us and fit the tyres. He is a credit to your company and I cannot thank him enough.

The team were super lovely I showed up with no appointment and a flat tyre with a nail in it. The team swiftly arranged for my car to get in and seen- within 5mins of arriving, 25mins later I have a new tyre done and they also checked over all my other tyres and gassed them up. Super friendly and helpful thank you so much!

2 years ago I left a very positive review, but my recent visit was not good. Staff were not friendly and I felt like a hassle to them. On the phone I was quoted a price that was nearly double the price they had on their website. Although they honored that price, the response was rude and begrudging. Unfotunately Kiwk Fit will be very much a last resort for me in future.

Second visit, I had a different request, I had my trailer requiring new tyres. I wanted some mud pluggers, this was more for look rather than grip. I went to get other quotes as well and told no tyres would fit. How ever Jamie at Kwik fit not only found some amazing tyres but also found a cheaper price. Big shout out to Jamie, outstanding member of staff, thanks for all your hard work and helping with my request ???

I usually like to support small local business's where i can but none were open today at the time I needed and I had to get my daughter somewhere quick with air badly leaking from the front tyre, Jamie and the guys had me sorted with a super quick turnaround! Customer focus in this place was second to none! Highly reccomend, thanks guys?
