“I had a Dentist called Ross, who recently removed my tooth. I hadn’t even had a filling before. So I was extremely nervous. Ross was very kind and good humoured with me. He made sure I was comfortable and ok. He did what I believe to be a good job removing my back tooth. It was painless and fairly fast. It can’t be a nice experience for either side of the chair, but I was made to feel looked after during this process.The other dentist at the practice when I told her she was hurting me, very bluntly told me that “this isn’t a spa treatment”!! Haha don’t I know it. And told my partner to “google it” when he asked what she was doing during his treatment.So I am glad I had this procedure done with Ross who seemed to care about how I felt more. Very happy overall and would recommend Ross at this practice. Thanks”
