Great first experience visiting Monroes for a wash, cut and full head of colour. Was seen by Shevvy who was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. Portia ?manager? intruded on my appointment and was so rude, near yelling that when asked to calm down she refused. I couldn?t even sit comfortably. I told her I?d report/record her harassment / unprofessionalism as she ran away swearing, then denies doing so in the response. She could be heard so loudly once she went into the back area that a man in the street asked me when I left if I was ok. Horrid experience, zero self-awareness and a terrible communicator. Stick to higher end places with proper staff! ?Professional opinion? is a joke. In quick research, this is her reputation. Watch your slander online, don?t make more problems for yourself.Services: Hairstyling
