I rang and spoke to a lovely lady about having my long dyed hair all lightened so I can grow out my grey hair. She was amazing on the phone. Really put me at ease. I popped in to see her, so she could see my hair in person. And she did a fantastic job getting it from dark chocolate brown to caramel. Lisa put me at ease. Many thanks ??
