She was really knowledgeable and intuitive, we loved her holistic approach. We covered lots of different massage techniques in the workshop, without it ever feeling rushed. “Thoroughly impressed by this place!I’ve had some horrendous experiences with my nails before so I’m always apprehensive when I try somewhere new but I was pleasantly surprised.I love that they’re all qualified beauticians and felt very taken care of.I’m terrible at keeping up with self care being so busy and I only wish I’d booked in to keep up with the maintenance because the nails stayed so well. My natural nail would have been inches long by now if I had!*edited to reduce to 4 stars as unfortunately my last experience wasn’t as great. Still wonderful customer service and great job done on my nails however the person who prepped my nails over-thinned the tops (as if they were prepping it for acrylics, which I’ve had confirmed through a professional) and not only didn’t the gel polish last long, but 6 months later my nails are still flimsy and breaking. I’m hoping this was just an oversight (perhaps everyone else had acrylics that day and the nail technician was in autopilot) and next time it’ll be the high standard I’ve previously received.”
