Sent our car on Monday morning and was told verbally that the price for the work would be 500 pounds worst ways. Later on the Wednesday evening we had a phone call telling us that the cost was 650 pound!!!!The work done was satisfactory but I would highly recommend getting a written agreement with cost because if you have got a poorly baby and have fixed income then you will be shocked and left hanging.Just our luck that within two weeks after getting the car back and spending our baby's 150 pounds hospital savings for traveling to Bristol children's hospital every week, the car now won't go into gear!!! I'm at a bit of a loss really lol.
