I went regularly but I got fed with her hurting me ever time I went 4th. Time no she filed my actual finger down the side which cause a nasty Infection which I had to go to the doctor's the pain was excruciating followed by antibiotics. Never againService: Nail painting

I came here to get infills, at the start of the treatment I said that one of my nails was coming off. The guy proceeded to rip the acrylic nail off which caused my natural nail to break very short ( half way anlong my finger) and for it to bleed a lot. Don?t waste your time here, spend your money somewhere else where they have learned to do nails properly!Service: Nail designs

Not a nice experience in this shop.The man who works here was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable in front of other customers too. I should have listened to a friend who had the same experience but as it was Christmas I wanted to treat myself and make my own opinion. Will never return here.

Not great service had my nails done and painted they chipped within a day ! And started breaking away . Went back to get them fixed and was quoted a ridiculous price for infills . And told they only do gel to which I said to the owner that I have had polish before and he said they don?t do polish which was a lie . I disagree that he is advertising one price but giving it another and making it up on the spot . I also don?t like the way he speaks to customers if they want to change there colour or design especially with the price! It?s also a shame as the lady working in the shop is lovely and her nail art is brilliant just a real shame about the different price changes and man that is rude to people

So this is the 2nd time I've been here, the first time I just wanted jet black gel polish on natural nails, they looked great initially but after a couple of days it appears the colour was actually dark navy blue!! I tried them again, this time to have hot pink gel polish. My nails have been filed so much with their rotating electric files that they now feel thin and quite sensitive. There was also a couple of places on my skin around the nails that had pink polish on but she failed to notice. But the most disappointing part of having my nails done, is that I only had them done less than a week ago, and already they look shabby, polish is chipping off rapidly and I paid £50 to have my hands and feet done. Not happy. It's the only beauty treatment I ever have done, as a treat, and I'm left feeling very disappointed. I won't be going back.
