Originally had an eye test here and bought new glasses, the glasses arrived but the prescription did not seem right. Popped back into the store who checked out my glasses against the prescription and they seemed to match up. I'm the end a re test was booked. The down side to this was the re test ended up being a week and a half later. Having spent over £300 I feel there should be re test slots available for 'just in case' reasons.Over time my eyes have got more used to the prescription and the re-test was done showing that my prescription was perfect for me.Service was very good, the only disappointment was the length of time to get a re-test.Staff were very helpful.

Mohammed helped me when I had black dots and a dark shadow in my peripheral vision. He gave me a thorough examination and rang the hospital as I needed to be seen urgently by a surgeon. I went on to have my detached retina repaired the next day. I?m very grateful for his calm professionalism at a very scary time. Thanks so much.

Had an issue with precription superdry Sunglasses my first pair broke after 18 months brought another frame which broke in the same place as the other pair a year later tried to get a replacement but they were out of warranty just. The manager was very unhelpful offered half price replacement but was morning about staff shortages due to covid. My glasses had broken in the exact same place as before but was not interested in examining that realy bad attitude stressed out due to staff shortages asked him for my prescription will not be going there again going to specsavers to buy a new pair. Check your warranties and the patronising attitude of the staff at vision express tescos cirencester

I went to the Westbury on Trym store and was warmly welcomed. All the ladies were so kind and helpful and took their time to explain things to me and went out of their way to help. I have always been told that I wore my glasses wrong, too low on the nose.. But the lovely ladies said they could put in heights on the lenses and that was revolutionary to me! Thank you so much

Mohammed, Cirencester branch, was so kind to me when I was very anxious due to experiencing flashes and floaters. He fitted me in for an emergency appt, ( impacting his lunch break) when my own opticians, Specsavers, did nothing to help. His exam of my eyes was very thorough and he was able to reassure me there was no serious damage to my vision.
