Not the best service. Had to wait 20 mins whilst they repaired a watch. I only wanted to buy some laces which I put back. I would suggest they say yes to the watch and come back in 30 mins, and serve any new customers that come in. Voted with my feet and walked out

What an absolute shining example of how customer service should be from Allen. With his patience and determination to reach a solution I was able to get much needed spare keys that were proving tricky. Add in the friendly greeting every customer who walked through the door received I can see why Allen gets so many mentions in reviews.

Truly exceptional service. As a new customer I was recommended to Timpson in Cirencester by a friend. I went in to request a copy key. The gentleman who served me-Allen-could not have been more helpful. Regrettably this first key did not work in my Victorian lock and thus I returned. Again Allen could not have been more polite and helpful. He tried again and this time it works! Incredibly wonderful service-how fortunate for us to have him in Cirencester! I should add that in the event of anyone thinking that I have incorrectly spelt this gentleman's name-I have not-this is his correct spelling!

Allen was a gentleman and had my watch fixed within 30 minutes.

See it's my personal opinion,You simply cannot charge HALF OF WHAT A WATCH COSTS to repair it!!That's absurd. It doesn't cost that much anyway!!! Not just them, I'm amazed to know how much the people charge to repair a watch!!So, yeah I repair it myself now!??? Thanks for the price, it made me learn to repair watches myself.
