Not the best service. Had to wait 20 mins whilst they repaired a watch. I only wanted to buy some laces which I put back. I would suggest they say yes to the watch and come back in 30 mins, and serve any new customers that come in. Voted with my feet and walked out

What an absolute shining example of how customer service should be from Allen. With his patience and determination to reach a solution I was able to get much needed spare keys that were proving tricky. Add in the friendly greeting every customer who walked through the door received I can see why Allen gets so many mentions...
