Firstly, I cannot fault the quality and finish of the bedroom furniture that was supplied by this company. However, I do have some issues with our overall service and experience:1) Furniture arrived 6 weeks after order and the installers were very professional.2) I did think we might have received a call after installation to check everything was okay but that never happened.3) The installers notified me before they left of some minor damage to our bed frame and advised me that they would return with a replacement piece when it was ready. They didn?t?.and when we chased this (albeit we didn?t chase until it became obvious that nothing was happening), the company advised us that they were not aware of any issues and sent us some paint out in the post to sort it ourselves. I?m sorry but for the cost of a small car, that isn?t good enough.So, the quality of the product seems excellent but the overall experience has not matched the product or the price tag.

We ordered online - a large chest of drawers and a bookcase. Loved the choice of colours and chose from some samples were sent to us. They look great and we?re really pleased with them.We had been let down by another company who refused to deliver one of their items to an upstairs room. The Painted Furniture Company assured us that they would be able to get the items into our desired room, and the delivery guys didn?t disappoint. Overall, customer service was excellent and would recommend.

We went to the Cirencester shop in February to look at dining room furniture. We were warmly welcomed by Kate and shown the Island Breeze range which we liked. The furniture was very well made and looked beautiful. We were talked through the various options - sizes, colours, finishes, chairs and were able to make our choice. The furniture was delivered in 3 weeks on a snowy morning and delivered by cheerful men who placed and constructed the table efficiently. Our dining room looks beautiful now together with a lovely bookcase from the same range. It was a lovely experience buying this furniture From start to finish and we are enjoying it every day. We would certainly go there again for any future purchases.

Let's be really clear, this is poorly finished MDF furniture with a nice wooden top. The first sideboard I ordered was broken and the second had the wrong finish on the top. That said, thecustomer service is excellent and all issues were resolved quickly and professionally. However this still doesn't fix the issue that this furniture is no different to much cheaper furniture you can find elsewhere.
