I wish i could rate less than 1 star. I got refused from buying a redbull at the age of 17! I had physical proof of my age using my college id, which is a legal use of an id in order to prove your date of birth. If the lady that served me was able to have some sort of common sense, i would have gotten my redbul and gone about my day HOWEVER i was refused because i wasnt showing an id that was ?real? WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT BEING 17!!! If i was to lie about my age i might as well say im 18 and provide a fake id saying that im 18??? Like use your brain lady.
Youre gettinv paid minimum wage and here you are being as strict as a police officer saying that i need an actual form of id like a drivers license or a passport?? WHY WOULD I HAVE EITHER AT HAND?? I just wanted a redbul, is that too much to ask for these days. Let me also not fail to mention, if i was to but a redbul and get a heartattack from it THATS TESCO ISNT GETTING THE BLAME?? So why are you so struct for no reason?? I could buy a redbul at the age of 12 at waitrose in london, so why an i refused at a mere tesco express?? Make it make sense please

Needed to pop in here for painkillers on my way home and found it very tricky to get into the building in the first place.
The parking is on a slope, and I struggled to open my car door and get out on crutches.
Luckily, James, the manager, was very helpful and carried my shopping back to the car.

I visited "TESCO EXPRESS" Chesterton Lane Cirencester Gloucestershire.Johnathan is an excellent employee. I have been ill and Johnathan was very helpful. Five star. Grateful thanks Johnathan. I visited the store at approx 4pm 18/10/21
