Beware no refund policy. Sadly bad experience with purchase today at Sports Direct.
Sizing of purchase was not clear and confusing as to which were men?s/women?s and junior sizes.
Just after the point of sale I went back to double check and Found I had the wrong size so went straight back to till, the correct size was not available so I was not able to exchange.
I was not allowed a refund as ?manger? said I had left the store and there was a no refund policy.
Feel the sales assistant in the first place could have explained the sizing better and certainly the ?manager? should have listened and understood my frustration.

I'd ordered some shoes for in-store collectionas a gift, and then decided to have a browse for myself. Amazing prices, a wide range of sporting goods, and friendly, efficient staff. They also sell underwear and jeans.

Wanted to swap some socks as I got the wrong size. My fault I suppose as I didn't realise but I struggle with cfs. To be fair the labels for 7-11 and 11-14 are both pale blue...not ideal. I also forgot to pick up the receipt. My partner was passing another branch so popped in to ask them to swap. Point blank refused as while she had a photo of my bank statement with the transaction on obviously she didn't have the receipt. Having checked your returns policy online the bank statement is acceptable so really confused why they wouldn't follow their own procedure.The assistant was most unhelpful. So now stuck with 2 packs of socks that are no use at all. So thanks for that. Perhaps your staff should have some customer service training

I bought a pair of nike running shoes for £85 size 11 and I tried them on in the shop but there was no where I could run to see what they felt like when I was walking round the shop. The store attendant agreed with me I should take them home and try running with them and bring them back if they were not comfortable or not suitable and they will either exchange them for another pair or give me a credit note of £85 to spend in the store. However, when at home I tried running along a path for about 20 steps at running pace and discovered the heal of the shoe was slipping as I was running and so I returned them to the store and the manager tried cleaning the tiny specks of dust from the sole and said she can't accept them because they were not clean. There was mud on the floor behind me which I pointed out to the manager and said they could have got the mud on the sole here when I tried them on originally and not on my garden path at.home. Honestly, the shoes looked in a perfectly good clean state. I said to the manager I will take them home and clean them myself and bring them back in, and she said 'We can't accept them!'. She said nothing positive to me. There was no kindness in her voice, no empathy, and no understanding nor advice. She looked angry at me. She was angry. I left the shop and will never go there again.I have taken photos of the shoes in the condition she saw them in. Judge for yourself whether you think they are dirty.

Warning. !!!They do not give refunds. You have to exchange for something else or have credit note. Which means they have your money. So you have to buy something else even if you do not want to. Be wary what you buy. Make sure it is 100% correct

I bought a pair of 12+ socks. My foot size is 12 1/4 inch, so in my estimation that is 12+. I took them home, tried one, and there is no way there were 12+. More like 11+ at the most. They did not fit.. Took them back, was told that they were non-returnable because "they are socks". I pointed out the trade descrtion error in sizing, but they shrugged their shoulders and repeated no returns on socks. I pointed out they did not tell me that at the time of purchase, but they again shrugged their shoulders. I have never experenced such poor customer service. Unbelivable. Avoid at all costs.

Bought £ 120 shoes, came back after couple of hours to return them as they were really hurting my feet and instead of refund they gave me credit note. Even after insisting they didn't and lied to me that they only do credit note. Checked online full refund was possible. Absolute disappointment.

First and last time shopped here. Had a specific need, 1 totally disinterested man standing at the till staring into space downstairs . 1 just as disinterested girl upstairs , I asked for help and got a vague suggestion. No wonder people shop online . Sad thing was I had every intention of buying several pairs . Your loss
