helllo, i am very pleased with the spar that i went to myself by myself that i went to. i had some people working there that did their job i think, i didnt go here so i wouldnt know. th e post office was relaxing and super cool and boss, the employees treated be specially super cool. happy emoticon

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the spa in Cirencester, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience!
The staff were exceptional?friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
One of the standout features is the wide range of food, catering to various preferences and needs. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the wellness offerings,
The cleanliness and hygiene practices were top-notch, which is so important in today?s world. I felt completely safe and cared for during my visit.
To top it all off, the location is simply beautiful?surrounded by the picturesque scenery of Cirencester,
Highly recommend this spar for anyone.

No one answering the phone. When I go in staff reluctant to serve : move between post office and counter, and they then serve people totally out of order

The Staff in this shop are the nicest, kindest people you could ever meet, they are doing everything they can to stay open at this impossible time. ?? ????????????When Me and my Mum have chips with our dinner we usually have McCain but today we had to have Spars own Chips, and well they were the best chips I have ever tasted!!!! ? ?TEAM SPAR CHIPS!!!!!!!!This Shop is also the only shop that I can find my favourite sweets Called Juicy Drop Gummies.I love this shop so much and it?s a big part of the community!Thank you ?? Spar!!!

So very rude, I was greeted by 'you will have to wait a few minute'. I stood there to watch the staff do some maths rather than serve me. Another member of staff was on hand and couldn't serve. When they had finally finished doing their sums there was no apologies for the wait just short and curt service. Very disappointed to leave my first 1 star but well deserved. This was a really poor show when customer service is your business.
